Others laughed at this as absurd, but it's about what EU261 would provide -- 250 euro for a 3 hour+ delay. The 5000 Skymiles offered might be about right for EU261 "duty of care" obligation -- about $50 for an airport meal & refreshments.

I guess that doesn't speak to the OP request for "What’s realistic/possible to ask for", though...
