Group of 7 (incl. 2 toddlers) MSP-AMS , MX delay for 4 1/2 hrs. Missed all connections in AMS, had to stay at hotel. Arrived destination 22hrs later.
3 hrs in AMS to get hotel sorted, left hotel at 4am for first flight out.
Compensation retroactive after sending in a complaint: $200

Learned from Diamond rep that other passengers got 10k miles plus $150 at airport before we left.
Me, Diamond and rest of the group got $15 meal vouchers.

Explain the inconsistency here..
