I just tried unsuccessfully to book a MMS property in the USA: First on the Hyatt website, where I got the unknown error page twice. Then I called MHC and that person couldn't get the booking to go through either, saying that there are issues and I need to keep trying/call back. Very frustrating. I also noted a $30 destination charge. The MMS website seems to show the same rate as the MMS member rate on hyatt.com, but the MMS website mentions a welcome amenity.

In the USA area close to the hotel I want, MMS has three properties but Hyatt only shows one of them.

BTW, the MMS website has three membership tiers: free (1% rebate), $150 per year (2%. rebate) and $600 per year (3% rebate and possibility of one category upgrade).
