While the shortage was happening, I was looking for a Sriracha replacement, a local branch of Mariano's was clearing out some Kroger branded merchandise.

Bottles of Kroger branded Sriracha were discounted to $1.20 per bottle. I'm still sitting on 10 of them. It's a very good replacement.
