But I believe you meant
shopping centers. Depending on the type, the food served is as local as local gets. For instance, various electronics/off-brand shopping malls in Jakarta have food kiosks that almost entirely cater to Indonesian palates.
As for Siam Paragon, I just head for Emporium.
