I am a PPS Solitaire and I am aware that I get better service but the question you raised was: were they ever generous. And the answer is: yes.
You are free to criticise SQ but then maybe start your own thread so people can contribute in meaningful ways.
Ok we all have different experiences, for me even when I was a PPS all was good until there was a problem and then they showed their true, inflexible
cheap attitude, to be fair thats not so unusual in Singapore.
