Yes, they were one of the most generous airlines during COVID including ticket handling (fees, rebooking, extension) and status extension. They were also one of the most reliable airlines.

Singapore Airlines still gets a lot wrong and still has to work very hard to get back to the top of the game but in terms of generosity during Covid I can't fail them.
