I have Virgin Australia travel bank credit (from 2020 when I had to cancel my flight because of lockdowns) set to expire on December 31, 2023. Unfortunately I haven't been able to use the credit given VA's significantly reduced operations compared to pre-COVID. Has anyone had success in requesting their travel bank credit be extended to December 2024?
