Although I am sure Chris will have no solid answer...and no one blames him...I think this might be one of the top 3 complaints about the program.

I just don't understand why these things are so difficult to get out in a timely fashion...What's the purpose of offering a benefit, wraught with restrictions, and then cutting deep into the time frame that we can use them?

What's worse, for me, is that I NEVER EVER EVER EVER get them. I have been a platinum for 4 years now...I have to call EVERY single time and request them. All that does is add on even more time for me, because I have to wait until the last possible minute to request them...

"But sir, you should receive it ANY time now...call back next week if they don't arrive."
