This whole Alegris thing is a big joke. As I understand you have people part of the steering comitee that never worked in the airline business before.

Considering a proper rollout will not start before 2026 at the earliest, meaning by 2028 at best the whole group fleet will be updated is just to stop this project and rather delay everything another 1-2 years but then come up with a premium product that will be top notch in 2027 when it would be launched and not some medicore product that was aimed to be launched in 2020 that might be installed on the whole group fleet by 2028 at best.
