Too many award flights available; not all showing on website

Hi all,

I’m looking to book a domestic flight in Brazil operated by LATAM using Iberia Avios (my understanding is that Iberia-ticketed LATAM award flights include a checked bag whereas BA issued awards do not). There are tons of available flights showing on Iberia.com when I search my desired date/route, the problem is that there seems to be a hard limit on the number of flights Iberia.com will display and the list ends too early in the day to show my desired flight (which I know is available from Delta.com which has identical LATAM partner award availability).

My first attempt at a phone booking ended with a, “sorry there are no flights available on your desired route and date”, when I attempted to explain I’m looking for a partner award operated by LATAM the agent said they are not a partner of Iberia. That’s unsurprising given that even many BA agents have the same response (although sometimes with a bit of pressing they seem to somehow find the flight).

Before I resign myself to more HUACA attempts trying to find a competent phone agent, does anyone know of a solution to this website issue? I’ve tried multiple browsers, mobile app, iPad multiple browsers etc and the problem is universal.
