Though it might not be BFMR's fault that the theft there is so rampant, it certainly did not care to do anything about it. If you had any issue they would not help you beyond "investigating" for a bit and telling you that they did not receive the package (so basically nothing that you didn't already know before you open a ticket with them). You are on your own trying to recover anything. They certainly know about it because SOOOO many people reported issues, here, on their discord, and on other forums. I personally find it a disingenuous way to do business, asking people to send shipments to a location where they know the risk of theft is so high. But they are still afloat, so I guess there are always people willing to take that risk.
