i had 2 stays in this hotel in spring 03, and my experience is that one does not get upgraded at this hotel, diamond or not. none of my diamond colleagues got a RC flr room although they all had RC access. now if they changed that policy, it'd be interesting it means that diamonds get upgraded just so they get lounge access.
