Ask a QR agent on Twitter or on live chat to remove your FFP number from the booking, give it an hour or so, and then re-enter it on the QR MMB. My changes since then have stuck.
Great advice, thanks millions. It looks all OK now. As you stated that I asked QR to remove my FFP and after a couple of hours I added my FFP again on QR MMB and selected the extra legroom (comfort+ seat). It's been almost 12h and my seat assignments remain intact. I think the problem was that I added my FFP from CX MMB originally. For some reason, QR system doesn't recognise BA silver as OWS.
