Switching from J Flex to J Low does not release the seat. There's no minutes of release or anything, it's a purely AC-IT change that doesn't touch the actual seat.
You do have to call in for it though.
I bombed on my first try, the agent i got told me there must be seat inventory for them to re-price. Suppose I will HUCA and hope for better luck.
