I ended up calling the hotel over my $11.75 Charge as my Ambassador as still not responded back and didn't answer the phone # I was given. The hotel without hesitation said they would refund the $11.75, Should I have just called myself? Probably but now that's 10 minutes of my day when It took me seconds to send an email to someone who was suppose to resolve this for me.

Upon looking at my App, My ambassador has now disappeared and I just have the generic ambassador email only. Looks like she quit or I was reassigned lol...Be funny if Marriott never tells me and I just keep sending her emails.
