Had a similar issue. A hotel tacked on a random charge around 10USD and would not provide an explanation where the extra charge was coming from even though I had a zero balance folio from checkout. Back & forth with the hotel and Bonvoy customer service to no avail, until the hotel blocked my account. I finally had to pay the 10 USD hostage ransom for the account and will never stay at any of the Grand Bohemian's again.
