With the new award redemptions that were loaded a few weeks ago it seems another change has been implemented.

Specifically it seems it’s no longer possible to pay to upgrade an award ticket from economy to PP or Polaris.

I’ve got a few award tickets booked to various European destinations. And for months every time I viewed the itinerary on the app there was a prompt to upgrade for $X.

But those paid options are now gone from all itineraries. And when I click on the “upgrade” link I get a message saying the itinerary isn’t eligible for upgrades.

Is this is a bug or a policy change?
