Valldata
When BA Miles have failed to appear on my account for hotel stays, I've started e-mailing the hotels and prompting them to sort it out rather than going through the hassle of faxing invoices to BA. This seems to work quite well on the whole and has produced some quick results.
When I did this recently, the hotel replied by e-mailing Valldata (valldata.co.uk) who seem to be involved with processing BA Miles. What exactly is Valldata's role? Do they process BA Miles on behalf of BA or on behalf of the hotels?
What is the most usual cause of BA Miles failing to reach one's EC account? Is it because the hotel can't be bothered to send the mileage?
