So is PCR still needed for transiting? I had planned fly BUD-PVG-TPE-PVG-BUD, 7:30 layover in PVG. Timatic says that when flying from Hungary I can use cheap self-administered test, but what about flying from Taiwan? I don't plan to leave airport on a way back, is PCR still required?
On my br712 two weeks ago, there was zero test checking of any kind, but you're still required to declare that you've tested negative within 48 hours prior to departure.
