Frankly the most critical piece of info is whether you’re a US citizen or not. If so, use the Mobile Passport app and you can clear immigration as quickly as if you had Global Entry.
In that case this is easily doable, but if it technically breaks MCT you’ll be rebooked ahead of time so it’s moot.
