Last week I flew KL AMS-ATL and the pasta was truly delicious. Uncomplicated but just nice. A flavor of tomatoes and pasta with Parmesan, plus a crispy and hot piece of bread. It isn’t rocket science but I really enjoyed it. So yes, Y food can be delicious.
Yes!! Exactly this. KLM food in Y is uncomplicated and certainly not fancy. But it is usually simple and tasty (for what it’s worth - their Premium Economy food is really good!) and the warm bread roll makes such a difference. I do not understand how AF (who make such a song and dance about their food) can get it so wrong in Y.
