Iberia log in not working unless I register BUT............
For 10 years I have used the same Iberia #, now when I log in to use my Avios the site says I must register to access my Avios. They give you a simple form which never works when filled in. Does resister means open a new account? I read on this thread it is a nightmare to merge accounts so I do not want to lose my100,000 Avios. So far customer service just keeps telling me to change my password but same result- after log in I am tole to register which does not work. Any ideas? This is an older thread -should I start a new thread to get 2023 comments? Gracias
