What about an emergency number? I feel it unacceptable to have none from marriott

Airbnb is superior in this regard. I chose Marriott because I trusted the name, but both of my bookings were incredibly disappointing and, what's worse, an invasion of our privacy that made us fear for our safety.

Until recently, Marriott has not responded to a platform emergency number.
Instead, I received an email requesting that the host contact me (which he did not).


After two weeks, I also did not receive any points or bonus nights, which appears to be the usual.
