At that time, give it about ~45 minutes for baggage and immigration. I'm assuming you will be taking an Uber/normal cab - if you manage to leave before 8, you should be able to avoid traffic and get to Taj in an hour or so (assuming its Taj Palace, Colaba and not Taj Land's End, Bandra)
