The S&S version of the promo states max "$2k per week". For purposes of the promo, do they define a "week" as a calendar week (Sun. through Sat.), or promo week (Fri. through Thur.)?
Has been some time since a worthwhile promo has been available, and want to confirm if anything has changed in how they define a "week".
