Upon returning to the CLE yesterday afternoon, only one of the four moving walkways between the terminal and the "Smart" parking garage were operational (one of them has had the maintenance barrier on it for at least a year if not more). Furthermore, there are a plethora of spots in the garage that are blocked off. I'm curious if they are choosing not to invest very many resources to repair this if replacement/refurbishment is in the works as part of the Master Plan.
