I have enough miles in my account, and was trying to enable the auto-upgrade feature. It wasn't working so I called in. The agent said the auto-upgrade feature is out of commission, but mentioned you can call in 48 hours ahead of time to confirm the upgrade if space is available. Has anyone had success calling in 48 hours before departure? Or just focus on check-in. Thanks in advance!
