Kalpapruek on Soi Pramuan by Prince Rajani (former late King's friend and 3rd cousin) is a restaurant where they cook with ingredients and produce from the Royal Project. Again, the food is excellent, prices are reasonable, and the service is attentive. Had the fried whole seabass, roti with green curry, rice, banana cake, and iced coffee for ~ $25.

This original location (Silom/Bang Rak area) is at an unassuming building (part of the prince's residence) was established in 1975, and I prefer it over their other two location which are located at giant malls. They also have a bakery and a produce/culinary market. Seating is indoors or in a garden setting outdoors and the menu is bilingual (Thai and English). Packed during lunchtime!
