Found out about Nguan Lee back in 2008 after reading a New York Times article and have enjoyed many memorable meals at their old prime location across from Lumpini Park (Sarasin and Langsuan). Later, the place disappeared apparently after it was demolished and replaced by a skyscraper. This year staying at a Thumburi River Condos and found out the same owner has had his restaurant nearby since then - what a treat it was to see him again and enjoy his scrumptious dishes. Been there twice on this trip and although the food is scrumptious and reasonably priced, their final tally is figured out by counting dishes - so if you are cost conscious, pay attention!
