Used points to book standard rooms & SNA cleared into a Capital 2BR apt w/partial Nile view. Took an Uber from airport (Comfort) for $7.25.
Stay has been hit or miss so far as service levels have been inconsistent.
While staff at check-in was great, room wasn't ready at 5pm (I had used mobile check-in 2 days before and informed them to expect us at 4:30pm). They apologized and offered us drinks in lobby bar but no one ever came to take our order. After complaining, Duty Manager came over and apologized for both service issues and offered to send drinks up to the room.
Apartment is very spacious so would definitely recommend for a family as there is enough space for all to spread out -- 2.5 bathrooms are really helpful.
Dinner at La Zisa was really good -- kids loved the food and the service was very good. Would highly recommend.
Hosted some friends post dinner in the apartment for drinks. Good news is room service was very efficient - both orders delivered within 15 minutes. Bad news is we only had 1 beer class and 1 wine glass in the "fully equipped kitchen". Despite multiple requests, no additional glassware was ever delivered so ended up using coffee cups instead.
Hopefully the rest of our stay is better
