I am getting hit with the weather travel waiver for NY Metro and ORD for this Friday (looks like ORD could be pretty bad per the NWS). AA is taking the no co-terminal / airport change until actual delay policy very literally.
Fourth time is the charm…was able to get re-routed direct, but had to be on AA metal (was originally on BA in F). Oh well, but much better than getting stuck in Chicago! No mention of the travel alert rules, but also likely because I didn’t call at night and was very up front that I didn’t want to get stuck in this blizzard.
