Ugh, why? This 'sustainable' crap is getting out of hand. I really hope the bamboo isn't going to be widely rolled out for F meals. That stuff belongs in a to-go lunch box, and the thin paper napkin was basically useless if you have anything you need to wipe/clean from the meal. The linen is much nicer.
I’m generally okay with bamboo but would have deep concerns over the lack of a proper napkin when one of the dinner options is the chicken wings, at which point, you’re talking depleting the plane’s entire inventory of wet wipes.
