+1 For many folks, especially those traveling with families, a reasonable complimentary breakfast is one of the big draws for the RI Brand. Granted the current incantation of the brand standard RI breakfast is a far cry from previous versions. Nevertheless one should be able to depend on getting the standard breakfast at any RI (well at least US RI. I haven't checked the standards for foreign RI's). Total lack of any food offering doesn't comply with any of the Marriott brands. This property shouldn't be allowed to have a MR Flag. At the minimum, there should be a very large boldface disclaimer on the lack of any food on both the web page and in reservation confirmation messages. Furthermore, there should be some significant compensation (e.g. bonus points) awarded to anyone who stays there. Saying the price has been lowered to compensate for lack of food is too easily abused. Off SoapBox.
