Beckoa I know you know Seattle pretty well. Not sure why anyone would want or need a car, if you're in the downtown core (ie Dtwn, Belltown, SLU, Cap Hill, First Hill, Pioneer Sq). Parking is crazy is expensive and hard to find. Light Rail, Bus, Uber/Lyft are readily available. Then put snow on top of it with the potential of icy hills around dtwn. I get if you're dealing with stuff outside this area a Car is ideal, but dtwn not really.
