No. FT internally is careful and mindful about personal details, plus the laws of California and Europe provide a legal framework around this.
The new Comarch loyalty system does contain various fields into which social media and forum handles are designed to be entered, though I am reliably informed that BA/AGL have chosen not to use these yet.
Outside of this I’d be amazed if some of the big FT users weren’t known to BA staff in head office departments… but then some posters could very easily be identified from what they post and therefore clearly don’t mind, while others take care to prevent that possibility and would likely be aggrieved if they were tracked.
