In fact it's more complicated than that
T1 is indeed reopening soon, but at the same time some renovation will start in 2A/2C/2D so there will be a big shuffle of airlines between terminals for some months. Here is the full details per airlines with the date of change.

Therefore, with 2A/2C and 2D closed from mid-january, we'll miss a lot of terminal capacity in 2023 and we can expect crowded terminals for some more months (years ?)
