That said, some FTers have reported that their AA-coded flights were incorrectly credited based on mileage and fare-booking code, rather than on pre-tax fare. If that is what is occurring in your case, you should contact AAdvantage Customer Service, and request that this be corrected.
Just to update this post, spoke to CK/AA desk this morning and YES, this was incorrect. They stated there have been issues with LP reporting properly so you should check. It had 15k LP for the trip I took in October, when speaking to her this morning she said this was incorrected listed as DISTANCE not FARE, and I was shorted about 40-50k LPs (thats a lot!). If you go through your flight history you can click on anything that looks low, in this case she suggested looking for anything listed as distance.
