As a last resort yes, but before you do that, try to get it sorted with somebody who can do more than stare at a boarding pass. Try the Maple leaf Lounge first and explain your problem and ask them where to go to get it resolved.

Ok had a talk to a supervisor. She looked up the Fare Rules of this Ticket and said that Signature Lounge is excluded. What a mess ..
