As a last resort yes, but before you do that, try to get it sorted with somebody who can do more than stare at a boarding pass. Try the Maple leaf Lounge first and explain your problem and ask them where to go to get it resolved.
1nsane, part of the problem may be if you have a non-AC printed boarding pass, it might not show the info so if you can get someone to reprint your boarding pass it might show the appropriate invitation.
