I've read this thread and still have questions. My husband, 11 year-old daughter (will be almost 12), and I are doing a highly anticipated trip to the Maldives over my daughter's spring break, staying for six nights using points. I had us booked at the W solely for the house reef; we all love snorkeling and I read that the W has the best house reef. I'm now considering switching to the St. Regis. It seems like the house reef is pretty good, from what I can tell, and that the overall experience other than the reef will be hands down better. It sounds like we can boat to nearby islands and do some snorkeling. Any thoughts? I'm specifically looking for feedback on the St. R house reef and Watersport possibilities, because it sounds like other than that the St. R is an easy choice. Thank you!
