OMG. Marriott made a liar out of me. For the first time ever, I had the points post for the first 2 nights of 2 consecutive reservations (4 nights total). So maybe it’s a hotel issue and not a Marriott issue. Could all those hotels be doing it wrong? I paid for the first 2 nights to close out the first reservation and so I could get a separate folio for when I sent in my missing stay request. But in the past, that never corrected the problem.
