Wot no T,F&Cs?!

A friend just redeemed Avios & Vouchers from LHR getting WT returns to Tokyo for £200 & Grenada for £150.

I always assumed Taxes, Fees & Charges were higher than this for both destinations, even in WT!

What's going on please?!
