Once we have moved to Terminal 8 at JFK you will be able to use the lounges since you are a Gold Guest List member as long as your travelling on either a British Airways or One world partner operated service. We expect to be fully moved to Terminal 8 by the 1st December so after that the Concorde Room in Terminal 7 will not be open unfortunately. However in the new terminal there is some fantastic new lounges where you can expect the same service you received in the Concorde Room. I hope this clarifies.
