Not just on the Ovation, according to passengers posting on cruise critic, there have been many cases on the Sojourn and Quest as well. It's easier to tell on the smaller ships, when your favorite crew member would suddenly disappear for a few days and when you can see the tell tale signs for guests - the low stools stationed outside cabins that are under quarantine with the room service trays & dishes stacked up.
Yes, I know how to determine if a cabin is a quarantine cabin. In January, there were quite a few.
In September/October, I saw none.
On the 4-weeks on Cunard, I was in Queen's Grill and it would have been quite evident if passengers/crew had gone into quarantine.
While it was an issue earlier in the year, it does not appear to be so any longer.
