agree, rates are very reasonable and worth it. I though rates would surge once the pandemic is over, but rates are still below 250 many times.
I snagged it for 180. PH looks very nice but for 1/3 of the price and a likely upgrade I absolutely don’t mind a short train ride to the city. Especially since I rarely spend more than 3 days in a time in any European city it makes flying in and out that much easier anyway. At least with airports connected to a rail line.
