Checking in for a flight to NAS as a permanent resident (US)

Surely I am not the first one trying this - and there must be something I am doing wrong.
Flying FLL-NAS-FLL tomorrow (including return) - trying to check in for FLL-NAS flight as a UK citizen with permanent resident status. It asks for my passport details and then asks for my VISA type for the US - well, don't have a VISA - so can't proceed. Given that there are a few more permanent residents in the US - I am pretty sure JetBlue wouldn't have overlooked that option. Any experience with this? I would prefer to get boardpass online, make sure I have TSAPRE and if so, schedule my airport arrival accordingly.
