Another option is Prem+ seats on initial EWR-SFO segment for $225, but my experience tells me that does not credit until the entire itinerary is flown, which will not impact SFO-ICN leg. ...
Subscriptions post immediately. individual flight E+ seating fees or cash upgrades do not post until the you have taken the flight, just like the flight fare PQPs.
Actually the extra items will post 2-3 days after the flight.
