ETCs can be used for internet access, some subscriptions and some other non-flight expenses. Also E+, upgrades,...
FFCs can not be used for any of these.
I have recently come into some ETCs but have found I can't use them on upgrades. They work for E+, but for upgrades it only accepts a credit card. Do you think by calling the ETC can be applied to an upgrade? I also changed a flight to a different day which had a slight fare increase and I couldn't use the ETC, which is unfortunate.
