I don't know who it is, but it was a supervisor (whom I never saw) who provided guidance to the agent. I just faulted the presentation of the message and timing of everything.
It was a separate ticket, although that was never an issue based on all the discussions (and shouldn't be based on the guidelines on the website). I especially remember a statement by the initial agent who said, "I don't see the international portion," but that was just when they were figuring out whether or not I had access to the FL. The FFD was another few minutes of discussion. I'm curious to see if you have any issues. Apologies in advance if this inadvertently affects your access.
